Quick answers
- Can I pick up the night before I ski?
- Pick up after 3 PM the day before your rental starts — no extra charge.
- When do I return my rental gear?
- Return by 10 AM the day after your rental ends, to the shop you rented from.
- What are your shop hours?
- Taos Ski Valley: Sun–Thu 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Fri–Sat 7:30 AM – 6 PM (November 26, 2026 through March 28, 2027). Angel Fire: Sun–Thu 7:30 AM – 6 PM, Fri–Sat 7:30 AM – 7 PM (December 11, 2026 through March 21, 2027).
- What's the cancellation policy?
- No deposit to reserve online. Cancel with 48 hours' notice before pickup — call or text either shop.
- Can I bring my own boots?
- Bring your own boots and we'll take $3 a day off your package price.
- Do you offer group rates?
- Call or text either shop and we'll put together a rate for your group.
