You're the reason a guest's day starts easy. Size boots, set bindings, tune skis and boards, and get families out the door ready to ski or ride. No ski shop experience needed — we train you on all of it, including training to earn a national ski binding certification.
What you'll do
- Help guests choose the right skis or snowboard for how they ride
- Size ski and snowboard boots, and swap until they feel right
- Set and test bindings to industry standards
- Mount, tune, and maintain skis and snowboards
- Check gear in and out and keep the rental floor organized
- Help guests with retail merchandise
- Pitch in on the rest: shoveling decks and walkways, hauling gear, keeping the shop clean
Who we're looking for
- You like people, and you're patient with a nervous first-timer
- You show up on time and stay steady when the line gets long
- You're happy to learn — we teach the technical side
- You ski or ride, or you want to
- You can work weekends and holidays during the season
Takes about five minutes. A resume helps but isn't required.
